Interdental or Interproximal Brush is use to clean the teeth where the toothbrush bristles can't get access to. Removing the PLAQUE is necessary to prevent cavities and gum disease.
Gum Disease will cause destruction of the bone eventually and leave large triangular spaces between teeth. In addition to flossing and brushing, interproximal brush is used as an adjunct in cleaning where toothbrush can't reach.
Congratulations to Maryah! She will soon be graduating from Nursing School.
She's been coming here in our office since she was 10 years old.
We're really proud of her. Kids in our office have grown, that's how long the practice of Dr. Jeff Velasquez has been around as a Long Beach Dentist.
